User

Creating a new case

  1. Login to your account at vennliapp.com (If you need to reset your password click Forgot? right below the password box)
  2. In your Vennli dashboard, you will see the list of all the growth case you for account.
  3. On the upper right-hand side, select “New Growth Case”

  1. On the new Growth Case page, fill the details of your new case
  2. Name: Enter a case name
  3. Description: Add a short description to your new case
  4. Team: Add your team members to this growth case
  5. Type of Offering: Enter the type of offerings here, your services/product line etc.
  6. Image: Upload a Thumbnail image for your new case
  7. Report Type: Select Quantitative.
  8. Hit Save

Note: Please contact your Customer Success Manager, in case you get any error/not allowed to create any more growth case.

Adding a User to a Case

  1. Login to your account at vennliapp.com (If you need to reset your password click Forgot? right below the password box)
  2. In your Vennli dashboard, you will see the list of all the growth case you for account.
  3. Select the “Edit” under the growth case to which you wish to add the new user.

  1. In the new page, scroll down to the Team section and select the new user to be added to the Growth case.
  2. Hit Save

Note: Please contact your Customer Success Manager, in case you do not see the new user in this Team member list. All new users need to be added to your account by the CSM before they are added to any growth case.

Create a New Password

  1. Go to www.vennliapp.com
  2. In the login page, if you have lost/forgotten your password select Forgot?

  1. In the next page, enter your email id (use the same email id with which you had initially created an account with Vennli) and hit Send

  1. Vennli will email you with a link to reset your password. Follow the instructions in the page redirected by the link to create a new password. (Remember to keep your password secure)

Overview of Main Sections

  1. Vennli Dashboard: The Vennli dashboard could be used to quickly overview of all the growth cases under your account.
  2. Select any growth case to access the case.

  1. Context: In the new page, you will see the Context of the growth case along with snapshot of your Recon, vLens, Team & Activity.

  1. Scroll to the left hand side to expand the menu. By expanding the menu, you will be able to access the various sections of the growth case.
  2. Recon: The Recon section constitutes of 3 sub-sections, namely: Choice, Survey & Collect
  3. Recon > Choice: In this page, you will able to update the Competitor Offerings, Choice Factors and even Preset Customers by specific attributes.

  1. Recon > Survey: In this page, you will able to update the various sections of your survey. Update welcome screen (Welcome tab), Add Screener questions (Getting Started tab), Update the overall importance rating question (Importance tab), Update familiarity question (Familiarity tab), Update the individual competitor importance rating question (Ratings tab), Update Ownership questions (Ownership tab), Update Intent question (Intent tab), Add Additional questions (Additional Questions tab) and Update Thank You page (Thank You tab).

  1. Recon > Collect: In this page, you can configure and access the different options required to flag off your survey. Get the link to access your survey for both internal and external respondents (Links tab), Import email list to send out an email campaign to your customers (Email tab), share the survey link on social media - Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn (Social tab), Conduct a CATi style survey via phone (Phone tab) and use external panel vendors to fill out your survey (Panel tab).

  1. Recon Metrics: In this section, you will be able to see the real-time matrix of your live survey: Invitation, Progress and Summary.

  1. vLens: In this page, you will able to access our state of the art dynamic vLens for your case. By reviewing how the choice factor pins are scattered across the different color zone you will be able to determine your competitive advantage, competitors’ advantage, customers unmet needs and point of parity.

  1. Heat Map: In this page, you will be able to access our latest feature: dynamic Heat Map that will reveal to you drive meaningful insights from Competitive Analysis and Segment Analysis. The Heat Map allows side-by-side comparisons of how each of these customer segments perceives each competing offering on factors important to their purchase decision, as well as comparing how all competing offerings measure up side-by-side. This level of analysis helps companies identify trends and adjust their products or messaging with more precision to specific demographics.

Creating a New Case

  1. Login to your account at vennliapp.com (If you need to reset your password click Forgot? right below the password box)
  2. In your Vennli dashboard, under “My Accounts” select an account (in case you have multiple accounts with Vennli, select the account in which you wish to create the new case)
  3. On the upper right-hand side, select New Growth Case

  1. On the new Growth Case page, fill the details of your new case
  2. Name: Enter a case name
  3. Description: Add a short description to your new case
  4. Team: Add your team members to this growth case
  5. Type of Offering: Enter the type of offerings here, your services/product line etc.
  6. Image: Upload a Thumbnail image for your new case
  7. Report Type: Select Qualitative.
  8. Hit Save

Adding a new User

  1. Login to your account at vennliapp.com (If you need to reset your password click Forgot? right below the password box)
  2. In your Vennli dashboard, under “User Management” select “New User”.
  3. You may alternatively, go under the Settings (hamburger icon) on top right-hand side corner and navigate to “Add User” option.

  1. In the new page, fill in the details of the new user
  2. First Name, Last Name
  3. Username: We recommend you to use combination or pattern of the users email id as the user name here. (Example, if the users email is steve.jobs@gmail.com, set username as steve.jobs)
  4. Email
  5. User Roles: Set us user by default
  6. Hit Create User

Note: In order to create a new user, you must be an active user of Vennli app. For the first time contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM) here at Vennli. The CSM will add you for the first time to your account with Vennli. Followed by which you can create new users for all your colleagues at work.

Adding a new user to an account and case

  1. Login to your account at vennliapp.com (If you need to reset your password click Forgot? right below the password box)
  2. In your Vennli dashboard, under “Reports” select “Account Summary Report - List all Accounts”

  1. In the new page, select the account to which you would be adding the new user to
  2. Adding the user to the account: In the new page, scroll down to the section where you can “Add a User to this Account”
  3. Type in the user name of the user you wish to add to this account. You will be prompted to select the user in the dropdown. Select the user and hit “Enter” on your keyboard. (The new user will now receive an email informing that he/she has be added to the specific account)

  1. Adding the user to the case: In the same page, scroll up to the section where you can see all the growth case. Select the case (to which you wish to add the new user to)

  1. In the new page, select the user from the drop down and select “Add Member to Growth Case”.
